Rules
there is no need for Master/Head Patrols or Guards. Everyone here is on an equal level. The creatures that make up these ranks are random and spread out across the country. Even though they live away from the city most do live and travel there for school and jobs. There are not many rules since they are a non-fighting group. The biggest fighers are sometimes turned down.
